Taking ownership for your part in what’s happening, especially when it would be easier not to.

  • Moving from blame → ownership

  • From “this is happening to me” → “how am I co-creating this?”

  • From waiting → acting

Integrity

Doing what you say you’ll do. Being aligned in your actions, words, and commitments.

You won’t be getting advice or a set of strategies to apply. This work is about looking at how you’re relating to what’s happening in real time and shifting that.

In practice, that looks like:

  • Talking through real situations you’re dealing with right now

  • Identifying where you’re above the line (open, curious, committed to learning) or below it (reactive, defensive, closed)

  • Interrupting patterns that aren’t serving you

  • Designing how you want to show up instead

  • Following through, and then coming back to refine
