My dad has been coaching leaders since the 90s. At the turn of the century, my friends and I were playing night league basketball and Phil was our coach. Little did I know, the standards and discipline of high-performance sport that he was introducing us to were the same blend of challenge, care and accountability that shapes the work we do today. 

I formally joined the firm in 2024, and today we operate The Leader’s Edge together—designing and delivering programs as a team, while coaching leaders one-on-one throughout our community.

Together, we’ve supported business owners, executives, and emerging leaders across a range of industries from first responders and public service to education, technology, and professional services.

We understand that leadership can be isolating and demanding. Leaders are often expected to carry responsibility, make high-stakes decisions, and hold others accountable without a clear space to think, reflect, or be challenged themselves. Our work gives leaders that space, helping them gain clarity under pressure, make more grounded decisions, and lead with greater confidence and consistency.

We love this work because we’ve lived it. We’ve seen what happens when a leader raises their standard—not just in what they expect from others, but in how they show up themselves.

And it doesn’t stop at work.

It shows up at home. In how someone listens to their partner. In how they show up with their kids. In the kind of environment they create for the people around them.
