I'm deeply curious about the nature of consciousness and I love exploring how perspective shapes our experience of life.

Over the years, I've learned that when I show up open, present, and curious, without rigid expectations but with genuine vulnerability and care, it creates space for others to do the same. This is the foundation I try to build from, and it's the kind of environment I invite my clients into as well. It's where we can explore new possibilities together, take ownership of our circumstances, and stay grounded in the present moment.

My years coordinating a tech accelerator here in Victoria gave me a front-row seat to what it really takes to build something meaningful. I had the privilege of supporting nearly a hundred entrepreneurs as they navigated the ups and downs of launching their businesses. What struck me most was how much success came down to one thing: genuine commitment. The founders who were willing to dive in, stumble, learn from their mistakes, and keep adapting are the ones whose businesses are thriving today. Even investors could see it. They cared less about perfect business plans and more about the passion, resilience, and authenticity of the people leading the charge.

That experience shaped how I approach coaching. I believe growth, whether in business, leadership, or personal life, starts with being fully committed to who you are and what matters to you. That kind of commitment asks for honesty, courage, and the willingness to embrace both the challenges and the joy that come with real growth. As a certified coach, I create a space where clients can show up as themselves, explore what's possible, and take ownership of their journey forward.
