TRIANGLE COACHING

Triangle Coaching

Let a Leader's Edge Expert Mediate Your Training for Optimal Results

Triangle Coaching is called such because it is a 3-way communication process between an employee, his or her supervisor or HR and a Leader's Edge Coach. Triangle Coaching may also solicit input from the employee's peers and direct reports via a customized Leader's Edge feedback tool.

Who is Triangle Coaching For?

Triangle coaching is ideal for Supervisors of promising Employees who, for whatever reason, perpetually under perform. It is also an excellent tool to provide support for Employees moving into positions of higher authority such as new managers. The aim of Triangle Coaching is to provide ongoing individualized support for an Employee in order to achieve improved performance.

The Process:

A series of meetings between the Coach and Supervisor, Coach and Employee and 3-way meetings between everyone involved, in order to identify and clearly define an Employee's goals, strengths, and weaknesses that may be holding him/her back professionally. Triangle Coaching typically takes place over a 6 month period and includes regular assessments and check points for all participants.

The Outcome:

  • Clear communication between Supervisor and Employee
  • Employee feels actively supported in reaching his/her goals
  • Improved morale and performance
