STEPPING UP: A ROAD MAP FOR NEW SUPERVISORS 

Making the transition from individual contributor to a people manager is always tricky. The Stepping Up program offers the tools and guidance for first-time and aspiring supervisors.

This proven workshop gives participants an accurate, real-life picture of what it means to be a supervisor, the expectations for the position, the skills and knowledge required and the path to effective supervision. Participants will be exposed to a great balance of human behaviour theory and very applicable, practical exercises.
