Rosemary Cannon Rosemary Cannon, B Ed 

Rosemary Cannon is a personal coach and trainer and has been in private practice for several years. She specializes in leadership coaching and skills training for corporate clients and has worked with The Leader’s Edge since 2004. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Alberta, is a certified mediator and has many years experience with group facilitation and coaching.

Bernadette Greene Bernadette Greene, ACC (Associate Certified Coach) 

Bernadette Greene is a graduate of Coach U and has been coaching in private practice for a number of years. Her background is in entrepreneurship, management and small business and she specializes in coaching corporate clients to reach their management and leadership goals. She has been a Leader’s Edge coach and trainer since 2005.

Linda Hunter Linda Hunter, Marketing Coodinator 

Linda Hunter brings years of experience in Conference & Event Management, Marketing, and Community Service work to her role as Marketing Coordinator. Believing in “possibility” this passionate and authentic individual is committed to being her very best self at work, at home, and in her community.

Rachelle Lamb Rachelle Lamb

Rachelle Lamb is an author, speaker and the president of Mindful Communication. She has offered her engaging communication and personal development sessions to thousands in both the public and private sectors, showing them how to hear and express universal human needs in a revealing and compassionate way using Nonviolent Communication. She is committed to helping individuals and organizations increase effectiveness in both their personal and professional lives by examining the power of communication. Catherine Miller Catherine Miller, MA, IAC-Certified Coach 

Catherine Miller is a certified coach and collaborative educator. Her specialty is helping adults successfully cultivate their personal and professional growth resulting in improved well being. Phil Ohl M. Ed Phil Ohl, B.Ed, M.Ed, Founder of The Leader’s Edge

As a world-class athlete, performance expert and professional educator, Phil uses his insights and experience to help organizations perform at a higher level. He holds a Master's Degree in Education from the Unversity of Victoria with a focus in leadership and organizational behaviour.

His message has always been "believe in yourself and live to your potential". The Leader's Edge is about taking that message and applying it to an organization and personal development. And, Phil's a guy who knows a thing or two about personal achievement, having been a member of Canada's National Basketball team surrounded by high acheievers and even playing Michael Jordan's Dream Team in a pre-Olympic tournament.
